Hello Jake and Josh! Baxter had his 3rd birthday last Saturday and I thought I’d send you a current picture. He is the dearest little guy and much loved. We don’t have another dachshund to compare too but if they are all as loving and comical as he is it’s no wonder they’re so popular – and that the puppies from a wonderful breeding program like yours go so quickly to good homes! Baxter thinks humans are belly rub vending machines, his favorite treat is honeydew melon, he loves his toys and his family – including the new rescue kitties – and, thankfully, he’s very healthy. We’re very grateful Happy Spring!

If you had any concerns about how well our Lucy is doing, the picture shows she is enjoying a life of comfort and leisure. She has gotten long and has the large paws and ears that you talked about when we first saw her. Once again, thanks for helping us with the new addition to our family. She is a delight and a wonderful little girl to come home every night. Have a great evening sir.

Hi! Just wanted to let you know that Waffle is doing great! He is an instigator and gets our corgi in trouble all the time. He shows corgi her favorite squeaky ball and then runs away with it, so she has to chase him. Then she stars barking and gets in trouble for that. He is super funny and very smart.

Hi Jake and Josh, It’s Pliny’s (Joker and Cinnamon’s chocolate/cream male) first birthday! He’s enjoying his life in Livermore, CA with me and my fiancé. He is honestly the best thing to happen to us this past year and we couldn’t imagine life without him. He enjoys going to doggy daycare, sleeping on the couch, and stealing our socks. He is the most stubborn and sassy dog we’ve ever met, but is also the biggest cuddle-bug, and we would not change one thing about him. Thank you so much for choosing us to be his family!

Good evening, My name is Ben T, and I just wanted to reach out to you guys to thank you again for the wonderful dog we adopted from you six years ago. My wife and I reached out in 2019, shortly after losing our elderly dog looking to adopt. We had our eyes set on a little cream colored female and drove all the way up from Santa Rosa to see her, and left with her that day and named her Lemon. I reached out a few years back with an update, but forgot to provide photos since our life was a little hectic at the time so I wanted to take the time to make sure I reached out again. We purchased a house and moved back to Maine, my home state, in 2021 so now we live in Caribou up near the Canadian border. She’s adjusted to the winters and the colder weather really well, and she loves playing in the snow. To the point we need to pick her up to get her inside sometimes on the days we have negative temperatures. She loves sticking her face in the snow to sniff and try to track the small critters that might be scurrying around there, and chasing snowballs. She’s an absolute goofball and a complete joy to have around. My family up here loved her instantly, to the point where my cousins thought my uncle was going to get a dachshund of his own because of how much he loves Lemon, haha. She is the absolute best dog I could have asked for, and has helped me through some extremely difficult times. After a stressful day at work, or a hard day of dealing with chores, she immediately cheers us up by crawling into our lap. She lives for affection and cuddles, and seems content to sleep wherever we are at so long as she is near us. We could not be happier, she really is the perfect dog for our home. I’ve attached some photos of her this time. Thank you again, Ben T
