Hi Jake, I just wanted to say thank you so much for everything. This first week with Winnie has been incredible, and she’s been such a dream, and we couldn’t be more grateful. She’s adjusting unbelievably well. She’s confident, loving, and honestly one of the smartest dogs we’ve ever seen. On her very first night home, she walked right into her crate and tucked herself in when she was ready for bed like she already knew it was home. It completely blew us away. And by day 2, she had already figured out how to let us know when she needs to go outside to use the bathroom. Now she runs to the door or gives us a look, and when she’s hungry, she runs straight to her bowl. There’s no guessing with her. She just knows how to communicate exactly what she wants. It’s obvious she came from a thoughtful, loving, and structured environment. You gave her such an incredible foundation, and we just wanted to say how much we appreciate it. Hi Jake It was a pleasure meeting you and your son today. Thank you so much for letting us visit. We thoroughly enjoyed visiting with you and your son, as well as the next member of our family !!!! Your amazing knowledge of dachshunds and breeding, and your wiliness to share a little bit of that knowledge with us was very much appreciated. We could have stayed and talked to you all day. We are very excited and can hardly wait to bring our new little one home to meet her new “big brother” Jameson. We are looking forward to getting updates on her progress. Hi Jake and Josh! Here’s Panko’s 1st Birthday picture! He is the sweetest boy and we love him so much!

Just an update, Basil had a great first day with us. By 5 pm yesterday she was playing and running around. She’s eating and settling in well. Thank you from all of us.

Jake: The still shot was taken as she was sacked out on the couch. We got her to drink a little water and a small amount of food. I think tomorrow will be better once she gets her surroundings figured out. Thanks again for getting us this precious little girl.
